Board & Staff

Staff Members:

Lori Evans, Executive Director holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy along with a minor in Business Administration. She continues to expand her skill base by ongoing participation in development, marketing, Geospatial and web technologies, and management training programs. She is currently preparing to begin a Master and Doctorate degree. Committed to excellence, Lori is very goal-oriented, quality-driven, and an extreme visionary with strategic alliance and negotiation capabilities. Lori has over twenty years of marketing and management experience as an entrepreneur and consultant. Her roles have ranged from product development, project management, and business start-up to internet marketing, direct sales, and fundraising including grant development.

Ms. Evans independently raised over $2.5 million dollars per year for the Duval County School District while co-supporting staff revenue development to the tune of $16 million per year. Similar achievements resulted in Broward County as Regional Director reaching annual goals of near $10 million dollars per year. She has developed and managed multi-million dollar projects that focus on education, human relations, and social entrepreneurship. Lori's previous position with the Duval County School Board as well as with Techvisor serving colleges and universities in Florida and Ohio provided her great insight into educational practices and needs as well as the skills necessary to aid in the development and sustainability of new programs. Mrs. Evans currently serves as Board Treasurer and Executive Director for ERCEGI, Inc., where she oversees resource development, public relations, and operations.

Board Members:

ANGEL DEAN, M.ED., RESEARCH & EVALUATION- holds a bachelor's degree in English Education, as well as a master's in Humanities with a minor in College Teaching. Angel has been teaching and designing curriculum for sixteen years and has taught at grade levels 6-12 and at the community college level. Her vast array of positions has provided her with great insight into educational needs at many levels and given her the leadership opportunities to cultivate managerial and marketing skills in and out of the educational arena. Mrs. Dean is the Board Secretary for ERCEGI, Inc., where she oversees program design, project management, and assessments.

Dr. Sharon Wilburn from Health-Tech Consultants: With over 25 years of experience in Research & Evaluation Design, Dr. Wilburn is a huge asset to ERCEGI.
