Community Assessment Survey:

This tool has been designed in modular format for greater flexibility if one wished to only administer specific areas for study. It is strongly recommended though that all parts be utilized for maximum efficiency in community analysis. Its administration would benefit numerous agencies lending itself to utilization by partnering organizations. Please note that Module A and H will have to be customized to the specific geographic locale and programs of a particular community.

Middle/High School Youth Resilience Survey:

This tool has been designed to measure resilience factors and youth development as a means of assessing environmental and internal assets associated with positive youth development and school success.

Elementary Child Resilience Survey:

This tool has been designed to measure resilience factors and child development as a means of assessing environmental and internal assets associated with positive child development and school success.

School Personnel Reflective Toolkits:

These tools have been designed to allow for self-reflection with regards to best practices in job-related communication, student interaction, and stress management. Each module is tailored to a particular sect of personnel and contains a quick and concise survey followed by a rubric for self-analysis and recommendations. It is designed to duplicate so that the last page can be removed and submitted for whole school evaluation.
